The following data is collected for a limited period of time:
(1) Information about the browser type and version used
(2) The user’s operating system

(6) Websites from which the user’s system accesses our website
The data is stored in the log files of our system. This data is only required for the analysis of any malfunctions and is deleted within seven days at the latest. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves us to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. All other information is voluntary. Your name and gender will only be used for the correct personal address in the newsletter. After you have subscribed to the newsletter on our website, your entered data will be forwarded to our service provider „Newsletter2Go GmbH“. This service provider provides us with a platform with which we can manage the newsletter dispatch. Afterwards you will receive an eMail with a link to confirm that you really want to subscribe to the newsletter (double opt-in). The link is valid for 7 days. If you do not confirm it within these 7 days, your eMail address will be deleted automatically.
The newsletter can be cancelled at any time on our website or via an unsubscribe link in the newsletter mail.

On our website you have the possibility to purchase tickets for our events. We use ticket shop systems for this. On our website https://innowattion.sh/ we use the shop system from von Evenbrite inc.

Eventbrite’s representation for the purposes of European data protection legislation is Eventbrite NL BV based in Silodam 402, 1013AW, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Please note that it cannot be ruled out that the data you enter when purchasing tickets via Eventbrite will be transferred to Eventbrite Inc. in the USA.
On our other websites we use our own ticket shop, which is also hosted by our partner Storemedia.
The legal basis for these processing operations is Article 6 § 1 (b) GDPR. If you do not provide us with the necessary data in the ticket shops, it is not possible to purchase tickets via the respective ticket shop.
We may sometimes organise competitions on our websites to increase our level of awareness or to draw special attention to our events. The basis for these competitions is usually that you allow us to send you electronic advertising (newsletter). You will find the exact conditions of participation in the respective competition information.
The personal data collected by us in connection with competitions is required to check your eligibility to participate, to transmit any prize and to send you information about the competition and the aforementioned newsletter.
The procedure for these competitions is usually as follows:
• You enter your data on the respective website (full name, eMail address, age are mandatory, but how you became aware of the competition and what interest you have in the event concerned are voluntary details)
• You read our data protection information and the conditions of participation for the competition in question, confirm this and send your details
• Our web server now generates an eMail with your data and sends it to us
• After we have checked that you are eligible to participate, the winners will be drawn and contacted by us via eMail
• Your data will simultaneously be transferred to our newsletter tool „Newsletter2Go“. From now on you will receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Newsletter)
• After contacting us, your prize will be sent to you (e.g. prize code by eMail). Should further data be necessary for the delivery of the prize, e.g. an address for the dispatch of prize goods (such as T-shirts or similar), we will collect this data directly from you through eMail communication.
Please note the conditions of entry for each competition.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(b) GDPR. Participation in the competitions is not possible without providing the required data.
